Recording Visits for evenings already in your record
Your Passport finds evenings your own history already covers — a speech or a role at a club — and offers to turn them into Visits. Answering once per club settles every evening under it.
7 steps
Your Passport asks once about evenings it found in your own record. Press No thanks — stop asking to end the asking for good.

Press Evenings already in your record to open that list. It is always there, even after you have stopped the asking, and it says on the way in why it is worth your time.

Evenings are grouped by club, and the question is asked once per club: were you a member here then? One answer settles every evening under it.

Press I was a member to take the whole club off the list at once. The app then offers to record the dates you belonged to that club, starting from the earliest evening.

Press I was visiting to open that club's evenings instead, with their dates and what is on each. Every one arrives ticked — untick any you were a member for.

Choose one reason under Why were you there? if you want it on every evening you tick. Where your Leader Log covers those dates, the app quotes that term beside the evening.

Press Record the visits ticked with or without a reason. Every evening ticked becomes a Visit in your Passport, and your Speech Log and Role Log stay exactly as they are.
